COVID Data Analytics
CompassVU enabled a team of three brilliant scientists to build on their data science experience, and establish a company that traced regional COVID outbreaks. The team had the vision, had the technical skills to build the algorithms, and outsourced to CompassVU their HR, Legal, Finance and Operations.
Agro-tech
Company that had been operating for four years. Had achieved moderate growth, but not been able to realise the sector growth or own potential. The company’s private investors turned to CompassVU to articulate the strategic vision of the company, provide a temporary (1 year) CEO, onboard heads of two core business departments, and review/improve the strategic tools used in Customer Success, IT Development departments to increase efficiency and maximise ROI for the business and investors.
